I provide trauma-informed mentorships for self-actualisation at £75 per hour, for those who are ready to undergo fundamental timeline shifts, following a period of dedicated independent work on themselves.

My approach to mentorship draws from my understanding of a multitude of fields within psychology, which includes but is not limited to the following:

In my coaching, I emphasise psycho-spiritual development—honouring the spiritual dimension of the human experience as essential to complete well-being. By embracing both psychological and spiritual methods, I guide clients towards living more intentionally, for greater self-awareness, resilience, and fulfilment. I generally provide 6-12 weekly sessions and expect you to undertake intensely focused and resonant independent work in-between sessions (around 5 hours independently) to move you towards your milestones.

Workshops
From January 2026,
I periodically host free or donation-based group sessions and workshops on specific themes, such as intentional living, trauma recovery, or spiritual growth. These group sessions allow more people to benefit from the coaching in a shared, supportive environment. For such community group sessions to occur, please send me a message registering your interest and a note on the themes (and more details if possible) regarding what you would like me to cover. If you would like to collaborate with me, the same processes apply, please introduce yourself and explain why and how you would like to collaborate.

Application Process
To ensure that free and sliding scale sessions are allocated to those who need them most, I have a simple application process. If you're interested in free or discounted sessions, please contact me with your aims, relevant background information, and an explanation of your current financial situation. I review all applications weekly and allocate slots based on availability and need.

How the sessions work
My trauma-informed psycho-spiritual coaching sessions are designed to create a strong, safe and supportive space for deep exploration and personal growth. Here's what you can expect:
- Initial Consultation (30 Minutes - Free):
- We begin with a complimentary consultation to discuss your goals, background, and any challenges you're facing. This is also an opportunity for us to determine if we're a good fit for each other.
- Customised Coaching Plan:
- After our initial consultation, I'll develop a personalised plan that aligns with your unique needs and objectives. This plan will integrate psychodynamic insights, somatic practices, and CBT techniques, all while honouring the spiritual aspect of your journey.
- Ongoing Sessions (60 Minutes Each):
- Sessions are held weekly/bi-weekly/fortnightly, depending on your needs. Each session is structured around your progress, focusing on both psychological and spiritual dimensions. We work together to explore and process past experiences, develop new coping strategies, and cultivate a more intentional and fulfilling way of living.
- Integration and Practice:
- Between sessions, you'll have practices and reflections to work on. These may include mindfulness exercises, journaling prompts, or spiritual practices tailored to your journey.
- Continual Feedback and Adjustment:
- As we move forward, we'll regularly assess your progress and adjust the approach as needed to ensure you're getting the most out of our work together.
- Final Review and Next Steps:
- Once you've reached your goals, we'll conduct a final review to consolidate your progress. We can also discuss ongoing support options if you wish to continue your development beyond the initial coaching period.
